1. General provisions

These Terms govern the use of quanderia.com and coaching services booked through it. Published under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" dated 03.09.2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" dated 10.06.2023.

2. Website use and booking

Use the website lawfully; do not disrupt it or submit false information. A booking binds once confirmed by email. Consumer information is provided in Ukrainian; this English text is a courtesy translation.

3. Payment and cancellation

Prices are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise. Cancel at least 24 hours before a session; later cancellations may be charged. Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" dated 10.06.2023 you may claim a refund for services not provided.

4. Liability

Coaching is not medical, legal or financial advice. Liability is limited to the extent required by Ukrainian law.

5. Personal data and cookies

Law of Ukraine No. 3997-IX "On Personal Data Protection" dated 06.06.2024 applies. Cookies are set only with prior informed consent, which you may refuse or withdraw.

6. Advertising

Advertising here is truthful and complies with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising" dated 03.07.1996.

7. Governing law and disputes

Ukrainian law governs. We seek direct resolution first; you may use pre-trial dispute resolution and contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
